Our members provide a wide range of services on everything from pre-construction or refurbishment (retrofit) advice and certification, to post construction certification, plans, inventories, legionella surveys, MEES assessments, etc. For owners wishing to improve the energy-efficiency or health aspects of their building we are able to help and advise.
Non-domestic (Commercial)
In addition to the equivalent domestic type services our members are qualified to assess complex air-conditioned buildings and provide a full range of compliance and advisory services covering energy and sustainability aspects of your buildings.
If you are a public body needing Display Energy Certificates and Recommendation Reports, we have members who can provide these for you.
