IDEA Ingham Energy (IDEA Ltd) is an energy assessment and consultancy company based in Shropshire that principally serves the West Midlands and Welsh border counties. The company was set up specifically to carry out assessments as part of the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive (EPBD) which states that all domestic and commercial buildings will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when they are constructed, sold or rented.
